Until recently, Limoncello used to be made exclusively in the home for private consumption, using jealously guarded recipes passed down through generations. Following its introduction to the rest of Europe, it is now unquestionably the most popular drink in Italy.

In South Australia, Ambra Limoncello is produced in our Thebarton premises where we combine the centuries-old process with the very best citrus from the Riverland, specially grown and harvested to our strict specifications.

Ambra Limoncello owes much of its popularity to the delicious, refreshing taste, to its mild alcoholic content, and to the total absence of any artificial additive, preservative or colourant.
